新能源汽车驱动电机用无取向硅钢生产现状与研究进展

Research Progress on Application of Non-oriented Silicon Steel for New Energy Vehicle Drive Motors

  • 摘要: 新能源汽车是汽车产业绿色转型与实现“双碳”目标的重要路径。无取向硅钢作为驱动电机的关键软磁材料,其磁性能(如磁感应强度、铁损)与力学性能(如抗拉强度、屈服强度)直接决定电机的高效率、高功率密度、长续航、高扭矩及安全可靠性。基于新能源汽车驱动电机对无取向硅钢的性能要求,综述国内外主要钢铁企业在相关领域的产品生产现状,重点分析成分设计、钢水洁净度、塑性加工工艺、热处理工艺等因素对无取向硅钢性能的影响。当前,无取向硅钢的性能升级已进入关键阶段。面对未来驱动电机向高转速、高功率密度发展的趋势,突破薄规格产品的磁性能瓶颈,优化适应高频工况的涂层技术、推动无取向硅钢开发与驱动电机设计的协同优化,是后续研发的重点方向。本综述旨在为高性能无取向硅钢的产业化应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: New energy vehicles are a critical pathway for the green transformation of the automotive industry and for achieving the “carbon peak and carbon neutrality” goals. As a key soft magnetic material for drive motors, non-oriented silicon steel's magnetic properties (magnetic flux density, iron loss) and mechanical properties (tensile strength, yield strength) directly determine the high efficiency, high power density, long range, high torque, and safety reliability of the motors. Based on the performance requirements of non-oriented silicon steel for new energy vehicle drive motors, the current production status of relevant products by major domestic and international steel enterprises was reviewed. Special attention was paid to analyzing the effects of composition design, steel cleanliness, plastic processing technology, and heat treatment technology on the properties of non-oriented silicon steel. Currently, the performance upgrade of non-oriented silicon steel has entered a critical stage. Facing the future development trend of high rotational speed and high power density in drive motors, breaking through the magnetic performance bottleneck of thin-gauge products, optimizing coating technology suitable for high-frequency operating conditions, and promoting synergistic optimization between non-oriented silicon steel development and drive motor design are identified as the key directions for subsequent research and development. This review aims to provide a reference for the industrial application of high-performance non-oriented silicon steel.
