热轧搪瓷钢板的显微组织与氢渗透特性

Microstructures and Hydrogen Permeation Characteristics of Hot Rolled Steel Sheet for Enameling

  • 摘要: 采用金相显微镜与电镜观察并分析种热轧搪瓷钢板的夹杂、显微组织和析出物,采用电化学方法探讨其氢渗透特性。研究表明:实验钢具有良好的冲压成型性,但其显微组织比较粗大、均匀性较差;钢中存在大量细小弥散的TiC 析出物,能够很大程度地提高不可逆陷阱的贮氢容量;25℃时氢在钢中的扩散系数为1.039×10-6 cm2·s-1,1 mm 厚实验钢的氢穿透时间为10.5 min,呈现出良好的抗鳞爆性能。

     

    Abstract: The inclusions, microstructures and precipitates of a hot rolled steel sheet for enameling were observed and analyzed with metallurgical microscope and electron microscope. And its hydrogen permeation characteristics were investigated with an electrochemical method. The results show that, the investigated steel has a good stamping formability, but shows a coarse and heterogeneous microstructure; A large number of fine and dispersive TiC precipitates can greatly increase the hydrogen storage capacity of the irreversible trap; At 25℃, the hydrogen diffusion coefficient in the investigated steel is 1.039×10-6 cm2·s-1, and the hydrogen breakthrough time in the sheet with a thickness of 1 mm is 10.5 min, indicating a good fish scale resistance.
