Abstract:
The inclusions, microstructures and precipitates of a hot rolled steel sheet for enameling were observed and analyzed with metallurgical microscope and electron microscope. And its hydrogen permeation characteristics were investigated with an electrochemical method. The results show that, the investigated steel has a good stamping formability, but shows a coarse and heterogeneous microstructure; A large number of fine and dispersive TiC precipitates can greatly increase the hydrogen storage capacity of the irreversible trap; At 25℃, the hydrogen diffusion coefficient in the investigated steel is 1.039×10
-6 cm
2·s
-1, and the hydrogen breakthrough time in the sheet with a thickness of 1 mm is 10.5 min, indicating a good fish scale resistance.
