不同变质程度炼焦煤的镜质组特性研究

Study on Vitrinite Properties of Different Rank Coking Coals

  • 摘要: 通过密度法分离出4 种不同变质程度炼焦煤煤岩显微组分中的镜质组,分析比较其镜质组的特性差异,并通过小焦炉炼焦实验,对炼焦煤及其镜质组所炼焦炭的性质进行分析。研究结果表明:不同变质程度炼焦煤中镜质组的黏结性较原炼焦煤增加幅度不同,炼焦煤中镜质组的容惰能力大小顺序为东都镜质组 > 孝义镜质组 > 冷泉镜质组 > 官桥镜质组;不同变质程度炼焦煤镜质组所炼焦炭的光学组织指数值(OTI)较原炼焦煤所炼焦炭大、显微强度和结构强度小、粒焦反应性低。

     

    Abstract: Properties of the vitrinites of macerals separated from four different rank coals by density centrifugation method were analyzed, and properties of the cokes made from the raw coals and vitrinites by the poilt coke oven test were analyzed and compared.The results show that, the order of inert-tolerant capacity of vitrinites is Dongdou > Xiaoyi > Lengquan > Guanqiao; Compared with the cokes made from the raw coals and vitrinites, the OTIs of cokes made from vitrinites are higher than those from the raw coals, but the micro-strength, the structural strength and reactivity of coke made from vitrinites are lower than those made from the raw coals.
