木质素磺酸钙在磁铁矿表面的吸附行为

Adsorption Performance of Calcium Lignosulfonate on Magnetite Surface

  • 摘要: 采用透过高度法测定分析木质素磺酸钙浓度对磁铁矿表面接触角的影响,利用紫外可见光光度计测试溶液吸光度,采用剩余质量分数法研究木质素磺酸钙在磁铁矿颗粒表面的吸附等温线、吸附动力学,并利用红外光谱仪研究吸附前后红外光谱的变化。结果表明:随木质素磺酸钙浓度的增加,磁铁矿表面的接触角逐渐减小;木质素磺酸钙在磁铁矿表面存在化学吸附,为单分子层吸附,不同温度下的吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程,吸附20 min左右达到平衡,吸附量随温度的升高而增大。

     

    Abstract: The effect of calcium lignosulfonate(CL) concentration on contact angle of magnetite interface was measured and analyzed by permeating height method. The absorbance of the solution was measured by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer, and then the adsorption isotherm, kinetics of CL on the magnetite surface were investigated with residual mass fraction method, and the infrared spectra of magnetite with or without absorbed CL were also studied by the infrared spectrometer. As a result, with the increase of the CL concentration, the contact angle decreases gradually. The chemical absorption of CL on the magnetite surface is found, which is adsorption with mono-molecular layer, and the adsorption isotherm at diffrent temperatures meets the Langmuir model. The adsorption process reaches equilibrium in 20 min, and the adsorption increases with the increase of temperature.
