甘蔗渣酸碱结合法预处理的研究

A Study of Acid and Alkaline Pretreatment of Bagasse

  • 摘要: 研究用酸法、碱法、先酸后碱和先碱后酸4种预处理方法对甘蔗渣组分及酶解率的影响。结果表明:碱法预处理对甘蔗渣中的木质素具有较好的去除效果,而酸法预处理效果较差;经过碱法预处理后,甘蔗渣中的半纤维素更易发生水解,水解率比直接酸解法提高20%以上;先酸后碱法既可以充分利用半纤维素酸解得到的糖,也有利于纤维素后续的酶解,是一种较好的预处理方法。

     

    Abstract: Bagasse was pretreated with methods of acid, alkaline, alkaline after acid and acid after alkaline, and the effects of different pretreatment methods on composition and enzymatic hydrolyzation of bagasse was studied.The results show that the pretreatment of bagasse with alkaline is efficient in removing lignin, while the pretreatment with acid shows no obvious effect on lignin removal. The hemicellulose of bagasse is easier to be hydrolyzed after pretreated by alkaline, and the hydrolysis rate is increased by 20% compared with that without pretreatment. The pretreatment of bagasse by alkaline after acid can not only make full use of the sugar obtained by the acidolysis of hemicellulose, but also improve the enzymolysis of the cellulose of the bagasse. Therefore, the pretreatment by alkaline after acid is a good choice for the bagasse.
