钢铁企业自备电厂孤网运行控制策略
Control Strategy for Isolated Power Grid of Self-provided Power Plant of Iron and Steel Enterprise

摘要: 为解决钢铁企业自备电厂在孤网状态下不能稳定运行的问题,在对某钢铁企业自备电厂电气运行规则和实时电气数据调研的基础上,结合其电气一次系统图,利用电力系统仿真软件PSASP,构建自备电厂供电网络的仿真模型。按照企业的实际布局,将获取的基础数据按区域输入到PSASP构建的模型,采用潮流计算法分析该自备电厂并网运行和孤网运行时的工况,提出市网失点时自备电厂孤网运行的控制策略。仿真结果验证了所提策略的可行性。Abstract: In order to solve the stable running problem for self-provided power plant of iron and steel enterprise under the isolated situation, after analyzing the electronic operation rules and real-time electronic data of the power plant, and combining with its electrical diagrams, a simulation model of power supply network of self-provided power plant was constructed by using power system simulation software PSASP. According to the layout, basic data acquired from the power plant were put into the model with respect to different areas, then operating conditions of the self-provided power plant connecting and isolated with grid were analyzed with the method of flow calculation,and an isolated operation control strategy was proposed. Simulation results verified the feasibility of the proposed strategy.
