Abstract: By using panel regression model, taking part of the 1995—2014 panel data as research samples the impact of rural financial development and budgetary expenditure for agriculture on agricultural technology innovation activities was studied. The result shows that the progress of agricultural technology innovation is obvious,and this progress benefits from the progress of rural financial development and the effective support of the budgetary expenditure for agriculture. The synergy between rural financial development and budgetary expenditure for agriculture is not significant to agricultural technology innovation. The influence of budgetary expenditure for agriculture is increasing gradually, but the influence of rural financial development is reducing.
