O2/CO2气氛下煤粉粒径分布对火焰传播的影响

Effect of Pulverized Coal Particle Size Distribution on Flame Propagation in O2/CO2 Atmosphere

  • 摘要: 采用高速摄像仪记录O2/CO2气氛下煤粉颗粒群在石英长管内着火及火焰传播的过程,分析粒径为16,82 μm煤粉按一定比例混合,在不同氧浓度的O2/CO2气氛及空气中着火及火焰传播特性。结果表明:粒径分布对煤粉颗粒群着火和火焰传播有很大影响,小粒径煤粉着火快,火焰长度长;小粒径煤粉与大粒径煤粉混合燃烧可以缩短煤粉着火时间,提高火焰传播速度;氧浓度提高,火焰燃烧区间增加,小粒径煤粉比例越高,氧浓度对燃烧火焰传播速度的影响越明显。

     

    Abstract: The process of ignition and flame propagation of pulverized coal particles under O2/CO2 atmosphere in a long quartz tube was recorded by a high-speed video camera. The coal ignition and flame propagation characteristics of the coal particles with different ratios of the diameter of 16 μm and 82 μm at different concentration of O2/CO2 atmosphere and air were analyzed. The results show that the pulverized coal size distribution plays a significant effect on the coal particles ignition and flame propagation; the coal particles with small size display a shorter ignition process and longer flame propagation distance; mixing the small size coal particles to the large size coal particles can shorten the ignition time, and increase the flame propagation speed; increasing the oxygen content can improve the flame combustion range and the more the small size coal particle ratio is, the more obvious the influence of oxygen concentration on combustion flame propagation speed is.
