Mg0.5Co0.5Fe2O4/石墨复合物的制备与性能研究

Preparation and Properties of Mg0.5Co0.5Fe2O4/Graphit Composites

  • 摘要: 采用水热法制备不同质量比的Mg0.5Co0.5Fe2O4/石墨复合物,采用X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)、网络分析仪对该复合物的成分、形貌、磁性能与电磁性能进行表征与分析。结果表明:部分Mg0.5Co0.5Fe2O4粒子镶嵌在石墨的片层之间,其他则覆盖在石墨表层;Mg0.5Co0.5Fe2O4/石墨复合物的饱和磁化强度随着石墨含量的增加而降低;Mg0.5Co0.5Fe2O4/石墨复合物的复介电常数虚部大于Mg0.5Co0.5Fe2O4的复介电常数虚部;Mg0.5Co0.5Fe2O4/石墨复合物在15.5~17.0 GHz频率范围,其反射损耗低于-15 dB,反射损耗峰值达到-31 dB。

     

    Abstract: Mg0.5Co0.5Fe2O4/graphite composites of different mass ratios were prepared by hydrothermal method. The composition, morphology, magnetic properties and electromagnetic properties of the composites were analyzed with X-ray diffractionmeter(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and network analyzer. The results show that part of Mg0.5Co0.5Fe2O4 particles are enchased between graphite layers, others are covered on the surface of graphite layers; the saturation magnetization of Mg0.5Co0.5Fe2O4/graphite composites decreases with the increase of graphite content; the imaginary part of permittivity of Mg0.5Co0.5Fe2O4/graphite composites is greater than that of Mg0.5Co0.5Fe2O4; the reflection loss of Mg0.5Co0.5Fe2O4/graphite composites is below-15 dB at the frequency range of 15.5-17.0 GHz, and the reflection loss peak reaches -31 dB.
