镧离子掺杂对钴铁氧体磁性能的影响

Influence of Doped La3+ on Magnetic Properties of Cobalt Ferrites

  • 摘要: 采用水热法制备镧离子掺杂的钴铁氧体粉末CoFe2-xLaxO4x=0,0.05,0.10,0.20,0.40,0.80),采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及振动样品磁强计(VSM)等设备,分析研究镧离子掺杂量对钴铁氧体结构、形貌及磁性能的影响。结果表明:随着所钴铁氧体中镧离子掺杂量的提高,钴铁氧体的XRD衍射峰强度逐渐降低;在x=0.10处出现第二相La(OH)3;第二相出现后颗粒间的团聚现象明显减弱;饱和磁化强度从63.856(A·m2)/kg逐渐减小到25.539(A·m2)/kg,而矫顽力先从71.14 kA/m减小至38.18 kA/m后,再增大到160.45 kA/m。

     

    Abstract: La3+ doped cobalt ferrite CoFe2-xLaxO4(x=0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.20, 0.40, 0.80) powders were prepared via hydrothermal method. The influence of doped La3+ content on the structures, morphologies and magnetic properties of cobalt ferrites was studied by X-ray diffractionmeter(XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM). The results show that with the increase of doped La3+ content, XRD diffraction peak intensities of as-prepared cobalt ferrites are reduced,and the second phase appears at x=0.10. Agglomeration of particles is significantly alleviated at x≥0.10. The saturation magnetization decreases gradually from 63.856 (A·m2)/kg to 25.539 (A·m2)/kg, while the coercivity firstly decreases from 71.14 kA/m to 38.18 kA/m and then increases to 160.45 kA/m.
