O2/CO2和O2/N2气氛下煤粉燃烧的着火性能和NOx排放特性

Ignition Performance and NOx Emission Characteristy of Pulverized Coal Combustion under O2/CO2 and O2/N2 Atmosphere

  • 摘要: 采用Fluent软件模拟煤粉在O2/CO2、O2/N2气氛下的燃烧情况,对比2种气氛下煤粉的着火性能及NOx的排放特性,并模拟O2/CO2气氛下氧气含量对不同粒径(18,79 μm)煤粉燃烧情况的影响,重点研究煤粉燃烧的着火距离。结果表明:氧气含量相同时,与O2/N2气氛相比,O2/CO2气氛下18 μm煤粉(超细煤粉)的着火距离较大,79 μm煤粉的着火距离较小;在O2/CO2气氛下,随着氧气含量的增加,2种粒径的煤粉着火距离都减小,且当氧气含量较低时,着火距离随氧气含量变化较大,NO的析出及其峰值位置提前。

     

    Abstract: Fluent software was employed to simulate the combustion of pulverized coal under the O2/CO2, O2/N2 atmosphere. The ignition characteristics and NOx emission characteristics of the two kinds of cases were compared. The influence of oxygen content on the combustion of pulverized coal with different particle sizes (18, 79 m) was simulated under O2/CO2 atmosphere, and the ignition distance of pulverized coal combustion was studied. The results show that when the oxygen content is the same, compared with O2/N2 atmosphere, the ignition distance of 18 μm pulverized coal (superfine pulverized coal) under O2/CO2 atmosphere is larger, and the ignition distance of 79 μm pulverized coal is smaller. Under O2/CO2 atmosphere, the ignition distance decreases with the increase of oxygen content. When the oxygen content is low, the ignition distance varies greatly with the oxygen content, and the precipitation and the peak value of NO decrease with the increase of O2 content in advance.
