喷射角对微磨料多相射流加工效果的影响

Effect of Jet Angle on Multi-phase Micro-abrasive Jet Machining

  • 摘要: 针对绿碳化硅微磨料多相射流在加工反应烧结碳化硅表面织构时存在加工效率低、加工一致性差等问题,进行不同喷射角的绿碳化硅微磨料多相射流加工对比实验,研究4种粒径的绿碳化硅微磨料在不同喷射角下对反应烧结碳化硅表面织构的加工效果,讨论喷射角对加工效率提高的影响机理。结果表明,适当减小喷射角可以有效提高微磨料多相射流的加工效率,并具有减少加工区域内残留凸台的效果。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low processing efficiency and poor consistency in the processing of reaction bonded silicon carbide surface texture by green silicon carbide multi-phase micro-abrasive jet machining, comparative experiments on multi-phase micro-abrasive jet machining of green silicon carbide with different jet angles were carried out, the effect of green silicon carbide with 4 kinds of particle sizes on the surface texture of the reaction bonded silicon carbide under different jet angles was investigated, and the effect mechanism of jet angle on the processing efficiency was discussed. The results show that the appropriate reduction of the jet angle can effectively improve the machining efficiency of the multi-phase micro-abrasive jet, and has the advantage of reducing the residual convex platform in the processing area.
