一种用于工业静电除尘高压脉冲电源的研制

Development of a High-voltage Pulse Power Supply for Industry Electrostatic Precipitators

  • 摘要: 静电高压除尘器在高比电阻粉尘含量较多的环境下,荷电粉尘释放电荷速度慢,易产生反电晕现象,严重降低除尘效率。对此,采用直流叠加高压脉冲的供电形式和谐振式脉冲发生方案,设计一种新型高压脉冲电源。通过高压脉冲电路的建模,分析电除尘器脉冲供电抑制反电晕的原理,利用MATLAB对新型高压脉冲电源电路进行仿真,验证了直流叠加高压脉冲的可行性。在某钢铁厂采用该高压脉冲电源除尘样机进行除尘测试,结果表明,该高压脉冲电源除尘样机在除尘脉冲电压幅值48 kV、频率200 Hz时达到最佳除尘效果,除尘效率可达98.75%,与传统静电高压除尘器相比,该高压脉冲电源除尘样机有更高的除尘效率。

     

    Abstract: When the electrostatic precipitator works in the environment of high specific resistance dust content, charged dust releases charge slowly and it is easy to produce the anti-corona phenomenon, which seriously reduces the dust removal efficiency. A new type of high-voltage pulse power for electrostatic precipitators, which consists of superposition of DC and high-voltage pulse, was proposed. Based on the modeling of high voltage pulse circuit, the principle of suppressing an-corona was analyzed and the new high-voltage pulse power circuit was simulated with MATLAB, and the feasibility of superposition of high voltage pulse on DC was verified. Finally, the dust removal test with the high-voltage pulse power prototype was performed in a steel plant, the result shows that the efficiency of dust precipitating is optimal at the pulse voltage magnitude of 48 kV and the frequency of 200 Hz,it can be up to 98.75%. Compared with the traditional electrostatic precipitators, the high-voltage pulse power prototype has a higher efficiency of dust precipitating.
