运动模糊图像点扩散函数参数估计

Parameter Estimation of Point Spread Function of Motion Blurred Image

  • 摘要: 为解决图像拍摄过程中相机与目标之间相对运动造成的图像模糊问题,提出一种基于梯度倒谱、最小二乘法与微分自相关结合的算法估计运动模糊图像点扩散函数(PSF)参数,通过对模糊图像梯度倒谱分析并结合最小二乘法估计出模糊方向,进而通过微分自相关法估计模糊尺寸。采用该算法对仿真模糊图像和实拍模糊图像进行PSF参数估计,当模糊方向角在0°~179°、模糊尺度在5~60个像素时,本文算法估计的模糊角度绝对误差小于2°,模糊长度绝对误差小于2个像素。与其他文献算法的对比结果表明,本文算法可以准确识别图像运动模糊参数。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of motion blur caused by relative movement between camera and target during the shooting process, based on the gradient cepstrum, least-square algorithm and differential auto-correlation, an algorithm was proposed to estimate parameters of the point spread function (PSF) of motion blurred image. The blur direction was estimated with the method of the gradient cepstrum analysis and least-square method, and then the motion length was estimated with the differential auto-correlation method. PSF parameters of the blurred simulation and real images were estimated with the proposed algorithm, when the angle of blurred direction was in the range of 0°~179°,blurred scale was in the range of 5~60 pixels, the absolute error of blurred angle was less than 2°, and the absolute error of blurred length was less than 2 pixel by the algorithm estimation. Compared with other literature algorithms, the results show that the motion blur parameters can be accurately identified with the proposed algorithm.
