Abstract:
Taking the commonly used Brazilian ore fines as raw material, an orthogonal test was performed to study its fluidization. The influences of reduction temperature, particle size of ore fines, the composition of reducing gas and linear velocity on the sticking of Brazilian ore fines reduction were analyzed. The results show that the primary factors of affecting the reduction of Brazilian ore fines are reduction temperature and particle size, and the best reduction process for Brazilian ore fines is temperature of 750℃, particle size of 150-420 μm, hydrogen gas volume fraction of 70%, gas line velocity of 1.2 m/s.
