不同频率下变频电机硅钢片的磁性能

Magnetic Property of Silicon Steel for Converter Motor at Different Frequencies

  • 摘要: 研究变频电机硅钢片在不同频率下的铁损,探讨退火过程中退火温度和时间对其在不同频率条件下铁损的影响规律。结果表明:变频电机的频率变化对硅钢片铁损中涡流损耗比例有显著影响,而且退火处理后,退火时间对工频和高频段磁滞损耗的影响呈不同的规律;高频(400 Hz)条件下,涡流损耗比例显著高于工频(50 Hz)条件下涡流损耗比例;在980℃退火,工频时铁损最低,退火温度的升高会导致高频时铁损增加;随退火时间的延长,表现出有利于减少高频条件下的磁滞损耗,但会增加工频条件下的磁滞损耗。上述结果可为变频电机硅钢片铁损的控制提供了研究基础。

     

    Abstract: Iron loss of silicon steel sheet for converter motor at the condition of different frequencies was studied. The effect of annealing temperature and time on the iron loss at the condition of different frequencies was discussed. The results show that frequency variation of the motor has obviously effect on the ratio eddy current loss to total iron loss of silicon steel sheet, and the effect of annealing time on the hysteresis loss of power frequency and high frequency is different rules. At the condition of high frequency (400 Hz), the eddy current loss ratio is significantly higher than that of the power frequency (50 Hz). Annealing at 980℃, the iron loss at the condition of power frequency is the lowest, while the increase of annealing temperature can lead to the increase of iron loss at high frequency. With the increase of annealing time, the hysteresis loss at the high frequency can be reduced, but the hysteresis loss can be increased. The above results can provide research foundation for the control of the iron loss of silicon steel for converter motor.
