Zn2SnO4的制备及其气敏性能研究进展

Progress of Zn2SnO4 in Preparation and Gas-sensing

  • 摘要: 作为一种重要的半导体气敏材料,Zn2SnO4气敏传感器被广泛用于检测有毒、有害、易燃和易爆等气体。本文综述了Zn2SnO4气敏材料的制备、气敏机理以及通过改变形貌和掺杂来提升其气敏性能的方法,并进一步指出Zn2SnO4气敏传感器未来发展亟需解决的问题。

     

    Abstract: As an important semiconductor gas sensing material, Zn2SnO4 is widely used in gas sensors with the aim of detecting toxic, hazardous, flammable and explosive gases. In this paper, preparation method and the gas sensing mechanism of Zn2SnO4 were reviewed, and methods of by controlling the morphologies and doping of the samples to improve the properties of gas sensing was analyzed. Finally, the key problems regarding the development of the gas sensors based on Zn2SnO4 were pointed out.
