双酚A在石墨烯修饰电极上的电化学行为

Electrochemical Behaviors of Bisphenol A on Graphene Modified Electrode

  • 摘要: 采用循环伏安法研究双酚A在石墨烯修饰电极上的电化学行为,探讨石墨烯修饰量、pH值、电解质等条件-对该化学修饰电极的影响。结果表明:石墨烯对双酚A的电化学氧化过程具有催化作用;石墨烯修饰量30 μL、扫速100 mV·s-1、pH=7.0为测定双酚A的最佳条件;双酚A浓度在8~16 μmol·L-1范围内,电极峰电流与双酚A浓度呈线性关系,相关系数为0.993 2;石墨烯修饰电极可用于双酚A的检测。

     

    Abstract: Electrochemical behaviors of bisphenol A (BPA) on the graphene modified electrode were explored by cyclic voltammetric method, and the effects of the modification amount of graphene, pH value, and electrolyte on the electrochemical response were investigated. Results show that:graphene has catalytic effect on the electrochemical oxidation of bisphenol A; the optimal experimental conditions of BPA determination is that the modification amount of graphene is 30 μL, the sweep speed is 100 mV·s-1, and pH value is 7.0; the peak current varies linearly with the concentration of bisphenol A in the range of 8-16 μmol ·L-1, and the correlation coefficient is 0.993 2, indicating that the modified electrode can be used for detection of bisphenol A.
