Abstract:
Electrochemical behaviors of bisphenol A (BPA) on the graphene modified electrode were explored by cyclic voltammetric method, and the effects of the modification amount of graphene, pH value, and electrolyte on the electrochemical response were investigated. Results show that:graphene has catalytic effect on the electrochemical oxidation of bisphenol A; the optimal experimental conditions of BPA determination is that the modification amount of graphene is 30 μL, the sweep speed is 100 mV·s
-1, and pH value is 7.0; the peak current varies linearly with the concentration of bisphenol A in the range of 8-16 μmol ·L
-1, and the correlation coefficient is 0.993 2, indicating that the modified electrode can be used for detection of bisphenol A.
