单组分聚氨酯炮孔填塞材料研制与特性分析

Development and Characteristic Analysis of Single Component Polyurethane Stemming Material

  • 摘要: 针对隧道爆破的炮孔填塞材料不便获取和填塞工艺操作繁琐等问题,采用微胶囊包覆催化剂的方法研制单组份聚氨酯炮孔填塞材料,分析微胶囊包覆催化剂不同添加量下材料的物理力学性能及材料炮孔填塞机理,并对研制的炮孔填塞材料进行现场测试。结果表明:微胶囊包覆催化剂的最佳量为0.64%(质量分数),此时聚氨酯填塞材料的表干、固化时间分别为250 s和24 min,30 min抗压和抗剪强度分别为0.22,0.16 MPa,最高反应温度为20℃,体积膨胀率为30倍,氧指数为26%,可满足炮孔填塞材料的要求;该聚氨酯填塞材料能更好地延长爆生气体的作用时间,每孔填塞用时3~5 s,750 mL材料可填塞35~40个炮孔,相对成本较低;材料具有高反光性,在灯光的反射下能清晰掌握孔位布置和填塞情况。

     

    Abstract: For the problems of inconvenient acquisition of stemming materials and cumbersome operation of stemming process in tunnel blasting, a single component polyurethane stemming material was developed with the method of microencapsulation catalyst. The physical and mechanical properties of the material under different dosage of the catalyst and the mechanism of stemming were analyzed, and the field test of the stemming material was carried out. The results show that the optimum amount of catalyst coated by microcapsule is 0.64% (mass fraction),the surface drying time of the product is 250 s, and the curing time is 24 min, the compression pressure of 30 min is 0.22 MPa, the shear strength of 30 min is 0.16 MPa, the maximum reaction temperature is 20℃, the volume expansion rate is 30 times, and the oxygen index is 26%, which meets the requirements of stemming material. The polyurethane stemming material can better prolong the action time of the explosive gas, and the stemming time is 3-5 s per hole, 750 mL material can stemming 35-40 blast holes, and the relative cost is low; it has high reflectivity, the hole layout and stemming situation can be clearly grasped under the reflection of light.
