CaO-SiO2-FeO-P2O5渣系碱度对脱磷的影响

Effect of Basicity of CaO-SiO2-FeO-P2O5 Slag on Dephosphorization

  • 摘要: 为提高炼钢过程脱磷能力,降低原辅料消耗,实验室配制碱度R分别为1.3,1.5,1.8的CaO-SiO2-FeO-P2O5复合相炉渣,研究等温条件下复合相渣系碱度对脱磷能力的影响。结果表明:本实验条件下,脱磷时间0~120 s内,脱磷能力先降低后增强,至120 s时,脱磷能力最强;CaO-FeO-SiO2-P2O5炉渣固溶体中磷的表观扩散系数随渣系碱度的提高而增大,R=1.3,1.5,1.8条件下其扩散系数分别为1.68×10-13,2.79×10-13,9.54×10-13m2/s;脱磷时间相同条件下,固溶体尺寸随扩散系数增大而增大。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the dephosphorization capacity and reduce the consumption of raw materials in steelmaking process, CaO-FeO-SiO2-P2O5 composite phase slag with basicity R of 1.3, 1.5 and 1.8 was prepared in laboratory. The effect of basicity of composite phase slag system on dephosphorization ability under isothermal conditions was studied. The results show that under this experimental condition, the dephosphorization ability decreases first and then increases, when the dephosphorization time is 0-120 s, the dephosphorization ability is the strongest at 120 s. The apparent diffusivity of phosphorus in solid solution of CaO-FeO-SiO2-P2O5 slag increases with the increase of basicity of slag system. Under the condition of R=1.3, 1.5 and 1.8, the diffusivity of phosphorus are 1.68×10-13,2.79×10-13,and 9.54×10-13 m2/s, respectively. When the time of dephosphorization is same, the size of solid solution increases with the increase of diffusion coefficient.
