Abstract:
CoTiO
3 nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by sol-gel method, and the samples were characterized and anglyzed with X ray diffractometer(XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis)diffuse reflection, respectively. CoTiO
3/PMS system was constructed with CoTiO
3 as the catalyst, peroxymonosulfate (PMS) as oxidant. The effects of the amount of CoTiO
3, PMS concentration, reaction temperature and pH value of the system on the degradation of oxytetracycline were investigated. The results show that when the amount of CoTiO
3 is 0.2 g, PMS concentration is 5 mmol/L, and the temperature is 45℃, the degradation rate of oxytetracycline in CoTiO
3/PMS system can reach 94.9% after 40 min of illumination, showing obvious synergistic effect of Fenton and photocatalysis.
