母线绝缘配件注塑成型冷却系统的优化分析

Optimal Analysis of Cooling System for Busbar Insulation Parts Injection Mold

  • 摘要: 采用Moldflow注塑模拟软件,基于某母线绝缘配件注塑成型模具冷却系统关键指标的分析,通过调整冷却回路排布、新增加5条冷却回路并引入隔水板等措施对其冷却系统进行优化设计,并对优化冷却系统的冷却时间与各项温度指标进行模拟分析。结果表明:通过优化,冷却系统的回路冷却液温度、回路管壁温度与零件温度明显降低,冷却时间缩短;优化冷却系统的冷却效果理想,可有效缓解冷却压力。

     

    Abstract: With Moldflow injection simulation software, based on the analysis of key indicators of the cooling system for injection molding of busbar insulation parts, the cooling system was optimized by adjusting the arrangement of the water path, adding five new cooling water paths and inserting the water partition plate. The cooling time and temperature indices of the optimized cooling system were simulated and analyzed. The results show that after optimization, the circuit coolant temperature, circuit metal temperature and part temperature of the optimized cooling system are obviously reduced, and the cooling time is shortened. The optimized cooling system has ideal cooling effect and the cooling pressure is effectively alleviated.
