锂离子电池硅基负极材料预锂化技术的研究进展

Research Progress of Prelithiation Technology of Silicon-based Anodes Materials for Lithium-ion Batteries

  • 摘要: 硅基负极材料由于具有比容量高、安全及商业发展前景好等优点而受到业界广泛关注,但锂离子电池硅基负极存在循环寿命短和首次库仑效率低等问题,采用硅基负极预锂化技术可有效改善这类问题。综述硅基负极材料预锂化技术的最新研究进展,着重阐述稳定的金属锂粉末、电化学预锂化、添加剂预锂化及机械预锂化等技术,并展望未来硅基负极预锂化的研究方向。

     

    Abstract: Silicon-based anodes materials were received widely attention in the industry because of their unique advantages, such as high specific capacity, safety and good commercial development prospects. However, there are some problems of short cycle life and low first Coulomb efficiency in the silicon-based anocles of lithium-ion battery. The prelithiation technology of silicon-based anode can effectively improve these problems. The latest research progress of prelithiation technology of silicon-based anode materials was reviewed, with emphasis on of stable lithium metal powder, electrochemical prelithiation, prelithiation additives, and mechanical prelithium technology. The future research direction of prelithiation of silicon-based anodes electrodes is also prospected.
