转炉一次除尘新OG系统高效喷淋塔喷嘴雾化效果的实验研究

Experimental Study of Atomization Characteristics in High Efficient Spraying Tower Nozzle for New OG System of Converter's Primary Dedusting

  • 摘要: 作为转炉一次除尘新氧气转炉煤气回收(OG)系统的核心设备之一,高效喷淋塔喷嘴雾化效果直接影响系统的运行效率。基于闪光摄影法并利用图像处理技术对不同流量下压力旋流式喷嘴雾化效果进行实验研究,通过粒径分布图与跨径值对液滴雾化均匀度进行定性与定量评估。结果表明:随着液滴的下降,小粒径液滴的数量增加,液滴粒径分布均匀性变差;不同孔径的压力旋流式喷嘴,雾化场索太尔平均直径(SMD)随流量的增加而增加;本文研究的压力旋流式喷嘴,在孔径为1.5 mm、流量为0.15 kg/s时,SMD值最小,雾化效果最好。

     

    Abstract: As an important devices in new oxygen converter gas recovery (OG) system of converter's primary dedusting, atomization characteristics in high efficient spraying tower has an immediate impact on the operational efficiency of system. The atomization effect of pressure spiral nozzle was studied experimentally under different flow rates based on the flash photography method by means of image processing technology, and the droplet atomization uniformity was evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively by particle size distribution and span value.The results show that with the drop of droplet, the number of droplet of small particle size increases, and the distribution uniformity of droplet size decreases. The Sauter mean diameter (SMD) of atomization field increases with the fluid flow of pressure spiral nozzle with different apertures. For the pressure spiral nozzle that is presented in this study, the nozzle with aperture 1.5 mm and fluid flow 0.15 kg/s is the best for atomization effect, and SMD value is the minimum.
