时滞基因调控网络的鲁棒指数稳定性分析

Robust Exponential Stability Analysis for Delayed Gene Regulatory Networks

  • 摘要: 以矩阵方程的形式建立基因调控网络,在给定的不确定性参数的范数有界的前提下,分析其鲁棒指数稳定性。首先,构造李雅普诺(Lyapunvo)泛函,对其求Dini导数;然后,运用矩阵不等式方法得出在两个分块矩阵正定的条件下,该时滞基因调控网络的鲁棒指数稳定;最后,给定具体的网络参数,运用MATLABR软件对其进行仿真,得出了具体的正定矩阵,进而验证了理论结果的正确性。

     

    Abstract: A gene regulatory network was established in the form of matrix equation, and its robust exponential stability was analyzed under the condition that the norm of a given uncertain parameter was bounded. Firstly, Lyapunvo functional was constructed and its Dini derivative was obtained.Then, the matrix inequality method was used to obtain the robust exponential stability of the delay gene regulatory network under the condition that two block matrices are positive definite. Then, the matrix inequality method was used to obtain the robust exponential stability of the delay gene regulatory network under the condition that two block matrices are positive definite. Finally, the specific network parameters was given, it was simulated with MATLABR software, and the specific positive definite matrix was, and the specific positive definite matrix was gotten, and then verify the correctness of the theoretical results.
