焦粉粒级分布对烧结过程及烧结矿质量的影响

Effect of Size Distribution of Coke Powder on Sintering Process and Sinter Quality

  • 摘要: 中天钢铁当前烧结燃料以焦粉为主,为更好地在烧结生产中使用焦粉,采用同步热分析仪STA分析不同粒级焦粉的燃烧性能,且开展烧结杯试验研究焦粉粒级分布对烧结过程及烧结矿质量的影响。结果表明:随着焦粉粒径的增大,烧结速度降低;控制粒径<0.5 mm的焦粉在20%(质量分数,下同)左右、≥0.5~<1 mm的在20%~25%、≥1~<3 mm的在35%~50%、≥3 mm的在20%以内,或焦粉平均粒径在1.9~2.2 mm之间,烧结燃耗、转鼓强度、成品率等烧结指标处在最优范围。

     

    Abstract: Currently, the sinter fuel of Zhongtian Iron and Steel is mainly coke powder. In order to better use coke powder in sintering production, the combustion performance of coke powder with different particle sizes was analyzed with a synchronous thermal analyzer (STA). The effect of particle size distribution of coke powder on sintering process and sinter quality was studied by sintering cup test. The results show that the sintering speed decreases with the increase of coke particle size.The coke powder with particle size less than 0.5 mm is controlled around 20%(mass fraction, the same below), of 20%-25% of ≥ 0.5-<1 mm, 35%-50% of ≥ 1-<3 mm, and within 20% of ≥ 3 mm, or the average particle size of coke powder is controlled to be 1.9-2.2 mm, and the sintering indexs such as sintering fuel consumption, drum strength and yield are in the optimal range.
