Abstract:
Fe
2O
3 was loaded on coke with impregnation method, and the activated coke modified by the load was column-shaped,and the low temperature denitration performance of Fe
2O
3/CAC (columnar activated coke, CAC) of different loadings was studied. The results show that denitrification efficiency of Fe
2O
3/CAC is the best when the mass fraction of Fe is 6%, especially at 140℃, the denitration is up to 75.6%. When SO
2 content is changed, the desulfurization efficiency of Fe
2O
3/CAC is stable at 90%, and the denitration efficiency is at least 59.2%. SO
2 and H
2O have great influence on the desulfurization and denitrification efficiency of Fe
2O
3/CAC.When the volume fraction of SO
2 and H
2O is 0.04% and 9.5%, the desulfurization and denitrification efficiency is stable at 60% and 40% respectively. At the optimum loading, the adsorption-desorption curve of Fe
2O
3/CAC belongs to the type II isotherm of H4 hysteresis ring.The content of SiO
2 and Fe
2O
3 in Fe
2O
3/CAC is high and Fe mainly exists in the form of γ-Fe
2O
3, which improves the low temperature denitration performance of Fe
2O
3/CAC.The drop strength of columnar Fe
2O
3/CAC of different loads is about 50%.
