某明挖车站基坑开挖过程监测与数值模拟

Monitoring and Numerical Simulation of Excavation Process of in an Foundation Pit Open Excavation Station

  • 摘要: 采用有限差分软件FLAC3D对芜湖火车站基坑开挖过程中围护结构钻孔灌注桩侧向变形、基坑周边地表沉降和不同平面位置处的支撑轴力进行数值模拟,分析其在开挖过程中的变化规律,并与实际监测结果进行对比。结果表明:随着基坑的开挖,钻孔灌注桩最大侧向变形点沿桩体不断下移,侧向变形增大,且各位置的钻孔灌注桩侧向变形表现出一致的变化趋势;基坑围护结构后土体沉降随着基坑开挖深度的增加而加大,且最大沉降出现在围护结构后3.5 m左右处;支撑体系中钢筋混凝土支撑发挥了较大的支撑作用。基坑的数值模拟结果接近监测结果,变化规律基本一致,分析结果可为类似车站基坑的施工和设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The finite difference software FLAC3D was used to numerically simulate the lateral deformation of bored piles of the retaining structure, the ground settlement around the foundation pit, and the supporting axial forces at different plane positions during the excavation of Wuhu Railway Station. Their change regularities during the excavation process were analyzed and compared with the actual monitoring results. The results show that with the excavation of foundation pit, the maximum lateral deformation point of the bored pile moves down the pile body, and the lateral deformation increases, and the lateral deformation of the bored pile at each position shows the same trend. With the increase of excavation depth of the foundation pit, the soil settlement after the retaining structure of foundation pit increases, and the maximum settlement occurs about 3.5 m behind the retaining structure.The reinforced concrete support plays an important role in the supporting system. The numerical simulation results of foundation pit are close to the monitoring results, and the change rules are basically the same. These analysis results can provide reference for the construction and design of similar station foundation pit.
