Preparation of BaFe12O19/PANI Composites and Their Properties

  • 摘要: 采用原位聚合法制备BaFe12O19(BaM)/PANI复合物样品,采用X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)表征样品的物相、形貌及结构,采用振动样品磁强计(VSM)、矢量网络分析仪(VNA)分析样品的磁及电磁性能。结果表明:复合物中随着BaM含量增加,PANI特征峰减弱甚至消失;BaFe12O19/PANI复合物有明显局部团聚现象,PANI的存在影响BaFe12O19振动吸收峰位置;BaFe12O19/PANI复合物的饱和磁化强度随BaFe12O19含量的增加而增强;对于m(BaFe12O19):m(An)为1:1的BaFe12O19/PANI复合物,有效厚度6.5 mm、频率约17 GHz时,其具有最佳的微波吸收性能,反射损耗达到-41.44 dB。

     

    Abstract: BaFe12O19 (BaM)/PANI composites samples were prepared by in-situ polymerization method. The phases, morphologies and structures properties of as-prepared samples were characterized and analyzed by X ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The magnetic and electromagnetic properties of as-prepared samples were characterized and analyzed by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and vector network analyzer (VNA). The results show that the characteristic peaks of PANI weaken or even disappear with the increase of BaFe12O19 content, the composite samples have obvious agglomeration phenomenon, the PANI has effect on the locations of vibration absorption peaks of BaFe12O19, the saturation magnetization of as-prepared samples increases with the increase of BaFe12O19 content. The as-prepared sample has the best absorption performance, and the reflection loss reaches -41.44 dB, when the mass ratio of BaFe12O19 and An is 1:1, effective thickness d equals to 6.5 mm, and frequency is about at 17 GHz.
