一种新型8-羟基喹啉类镉配合物的合成和表征

Synthesis and Characterization of One Novel 8-Hydroxyquinolinate-based Cadmium Complex

  • 摘要: 以8-羟基喹哪啶为原料,通过三步反应设计合成双(8-羟基喹啉)类柔性配体H2L,将柔性配体H2L与Cd(Ⅱ)离子反应得到镉配合物Cd2(L)(NO34。利用1H-NMR、质谱、X射线单晶衍射和X射线粉末衍射表征配体和镉配合物的结构,利用LS 50B荧光光谱仪表征配体和镉配合物的荧光性能。结果表明:镉配合物是一种双核的分子型配合物,分子与分子之间存在丰富的超分子作用力,如π-π堆积作用和C-H…O氢键作用力;当激发波长为340 nm时,柔性配体H2L和镉配合物的最大发射波长分别为548,449 nm。

     

    Abstract: A bis (8-hydroxyquinoline)-type flexible ligand H2L was designed and synthesized with three steps using 8-hydroxyquinalidine as a raw material. Reacting the flexible ligand H2L with Cd(Ⅱ) ions, a cadmiumbased complexCd2(L)(NO3)4 was obtained. 1H-NMR, mass spectrometry, X ray single crystal diffraction and X ray powder diffraction were used to characterize the structure of ligand and cadmium complex, and LS 50B fluorescence spectrometer was used to characterize the fluorescence properties of ligand and cadmium complex. The results show that the cadmium complex is a binuclear molecular complex. There are abundant supramolecular interactions, such as π-π stacking and C-H…O hydrogen bonding. When the excitation wavelength is 340 nm, the maximum emission wavelengths of the flexible ligand H2L and cadmium complex are 548, 449 nm respectively.
