Abstract:
The samples of titania nano-micro spheres were prepared by one step solvothermal method using n-butyl titanate and acetone as raw materials. The samples were characterized and analyzed by X ray diffractometer (XRD), physical adsorption apparatus, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) to investigate the effects of solvent and calcination temperature and on the isopropanol dosage crystal phase and morphology of the sample. The results show that titanium dioxide nano-microspheres with regular morphology and uniform distribution can be prepared with acetone as solvent, but the amorphous structure is obtained with ethanol as solvent. The sample surface area has the highest, which is obtained by the reaction of 12 h at 200℃ and adding 1 mL isopropanol to the solution.
