大型三排滚柱式回转支承的摩擦力矩特性研究

A Study of Friction Torque Characteristics of Large Size Three-row Roller Slewing Bearings

  • 摘要: 基于Hertz接触理论和静力平衡条件,建立三排滚柱式回转支承静力学计算模型,在此基础上给出摩擦力矩计算公式,并以某型号三排滚柱式回转支承为例,分析载荷参数和结构参数对摩擦力矩的影响。结果表明:摩擦力矩与纯轴向力及纯倾覆力矩均成正比;负间隙对回转支承摩擦力矩的影响显著,而正间隙对摩擦力矩的影响很小;摩擦力矩随着滚柱长度的增大而增大,随滚柱直径的增大而减小;合理选择滚柱尺寸参数既可满足承载要求,又可降低回转支承摩擦力矩。

     

    Abstract: Based on Hertz contact theory and static equilibrium conditions, the static calculation model of three-row roller slewing bearings was established, and on this basis, the formula of friction torque was given, the influence of load parameters and structural parameters on the friction torque was analyzed by taking a three-row roller type slewing bearing as an example.The results show that the friction torque is proportional to the pure axial force and the pure overturning torque. The negative clearance has significant influence on the friction torque of the slewing bearings, while the positive clearance has little influence on the friction torque. The friction torque increases with the increase of roller length and decreases with the increase of roller diameter. Reasonable selection of roller dimension parameters can not only meet the load requirements, but also reduce the friction torque of the slewing bearings.
