Abstract:
Based on Hertz contact theory and static equilibrium conditions, the static calculation model of three-row roller slewing bearings was established, and on this basis, the formula of friction torque was given, the influence of load parameters and structural parameters on the friction torque was analyzed by taking a three-row roller type slewing bearing as an example.The results show that the friction torque is proportional to the pure axial force and the pure overturning torque. The negative clearance has significant influence on the friction torque of the slewing bearings, while the positive clearance has little influence on the friction torque. The friction torque increases with the increase of roller length and decreases with the increase of roller diameter. Reasonable selection of roller dimension parameters can not only meet the load requirements, but also reduce the friction torque of the slewing bearings.
