四川阿坝州山区微型桩承载性能分析

Analysis of Bearing Capacity of Micro Piles in Mountainous Area of Aba Prefecture Sichuan Province

  • 摘要: 以川西山区某杆塔的微型桩基础为研究对象,采用ABAQUS软件数值分析不同桩长与桩径微型桩在荷载作用下的荷载-位移曲线、桩的受力类型以及桩基础的工程性能。结果表明:桩顶位移随桩长、桩径的增加而减小;根据受力类型,当桩长较短、桩径较大时,微型桩为摩擦端承桩,当桩长较长、桩径较小时,微型桩为端承摩擦桩;随着桩长和桩径的增大,桩的承载力增加,单位体积混凝土承载力降低,桩稳定性提高,经济性降低;结合工程实际承载要求与施工难度,选取桩长8 m、桩径300 mm的微型桩组成2×2的群桩为工程试验基础。

     

    Abstract: Taking the micro pile foundation of a tower in Western Sichuan mountain area as the research object, the load displacement curve, stress type and engineering performance of micro pile with different pile length and diameter under load were analyzed numerically with ABAQUS software. The results show that the displacement of pile top decreases with the increase of pile length and pile diameter. According to the stress type, when the pile length is short and the pile diameter is large, the micro pile is friction end bearing pile; When the pile length is long and the pile diameter is small, the micro pile is end bearing friction pile. With the increase of pile length and diameter, the bearing capacity of pile increases, the bearing capacity of concrete per unit volume decreases, the stability of pile increases and the economy decreases. In combination with the actual load bearing requirements and construction difficulty of the project, a 2×2 pile group composed of micro piles with a pile length of 8 m and a pile diameter of 300 mm is selected as the engineering test foundation.
