Abstract:
Hierarchical BiOCl microspheres were prepared by precipitation method with Bi(NO
3)
3·5H
2O and HCl as raw materials. A series of oxygen-vacancy-rich hierarchical BiOCl microspheres were obtained by hydrogenation treatment at various temperatures, and the electrochemical performance was analyzed. The results show that the specific capacitance of the hydrogenated sample is the highest at 150℃, and the specific capacitance reaches 983 F·g
-1 at the current density of 0.5 A·g
-1. The rate performance and cycle stability of the sample are good, and the internal resistance is low, only 1.14 Ω.
