分级富含氧空位BiOCl微球的制备及其电化学性能

Preparation of Oxygen-vacancy-rich Hierarchical BiOCl Microspheres and Electrochemical Properties

  • 摘要: 以Bi(NO3)3·5H2O和盐酸为原料,采用沉淀法制备分级BiOCl微球;在不同温度下对BiOCl微球进行氢化处理获得系列富含氧空位的BiOCl微球,并对其电化学性能进行分析。结果表明,150℃下氢化处理的微球样品比电容最高,电流密度为0.5 A·g-1时比电容达983 F·g-1,其速率性能和循环稳定性均较好,内阻较低,仅1.14 Ω。

     

    Abstract: Hierarchical BiOCl microspheres were prepared by precipitation method with Bi(NO3)3·5H2O and HCl as raw materials. A series of oxygen-vacancy-rich hierarchical BiOCl microspheres were obtained by hydrogenation treatment at various temperatures, and the electrochemical performance was analyzed. The results show that the specific capacitance of the hydrogenated sample is the highest at 150℃, and the specific capacitance reaches 983 F·g-1 at the current density of 0.5 A·g-1. The rate performance and cycle stability of the sample are good, and the internal resistance is low, only 1.14 Ω.
