盾构渣土免烧陶粒的制备及其性能

Preparation of Non-fired Haydite from Shield Muck and Its Properties

  • 摘要: 以火山灰反应胶结硬化机制的土壤固化剂为胶凝材料,宁波盾构渣土为原料,采用对辊挤压成型方法制备免烧陶粒试样,对其物理力学性能、相组成及微观形貌进行表征分析。结果表明:试样各龄期筒压强度随胶凝材料与干盾构渣土质量比(胶土比)的增大而增加,胶土比1∶4试样的28 d筒压强度为5.91 MPa;试样吸水率随胶土比的增大而降低,胶土比1∶4时,试样吸水率仅8.37%;试样软化系数随胶土比的增大而增大,这和胶土比增大导致试样吸水率降低直接相关,胶土比1∶4试样的软化系数为0.82,其主要性能指标达到GB/T 1743.2—2010《轻集料及其试验方法》中人造轻集料的规范要求。

     

    Abstract: Taking the soil stabilization agent by pozzolanic reaction as binder, and subway shield muck of Ningbo as main raw materials, the specimen of non-fired haydite (NFH) was prepared with the roll extrusion molding method. The physical and mechanical properties, phase composition and micro morphology of the NFH specimen were characterized. The results show that the cylinder compressive strength (CCS) of specimen at different curing ages increases with the increase of the mass ratio of muck to binder (MRMB), and the 28 d CCS of specimen with MRMB being 1:4 is 5.91 MPa. The water absorption rate of specimen decreases with the increase of the MRMB, the water absorption of specimen with MRMB being 1:4 is only 8.37%; The softening coefficient of specimen increases with the increase of the MRMB, which is corresponding to the decrease of the water absorption rate of specimen with the increase of MRMB. The softening coefficient of specimen with MRMB being 1:4 is 0.82, and its main properties meet the requirement of GB/T 1743.2-2010 of Lightweight Aggregate and Its Testing Method for artificial lightweight aggregate.
