Abstract:
A series of honeycomb vanadium phosphorus oxide (VPO) catalysts were prepared by the method of ultrasonic assisted solution impregnation, and the influence of the molding process factors, such as water bath heating time, carrier impregnation time, impregnation temperature, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power, on the catalytic conversion of NO
x was investigated to optimize the catalyst molding process condition. At the same time, the mechanical strength, sulfur and water resistance of the honeycomb VPO catalyst were studied. The results show that the optimum preparation conditions for the honeycomb shaped catalyst are as follows:the honeycomb carrier is immersed in the active component solution (water bath for 6 h, 80℃) for 4 h (60℃), and ultrasonic 1.0 min (250 W) to assist the impregnation. The denitration rate of the catalyst prepared under this condition is 95% when the reaction temperature is 180℃, and the denitration rate is close to 100% when the reaction temperature is 240℃, its mechanical strength conforms to the national standards, and it has good sulfur and water resistance.
