Application of PROFINET Communication in Glass Detection and Positioning System

  • 摘要: 为解决工业生产中玻璃检测定位系统实时通信的问题,设计一种基于PROFINET通信方案的玻璃检测定位系统。利用cifX-50E-RE板卡在上位机搭建PROFINET从站,实现上位机与S7-1500 PLC的PROFINET主站通信;通过调用动态链接库的方法,实现上位机中LabVIEW与cifX-50E-RE板卡的PROFINET从站通信;通过工业现场对PROFINET通信方案进行测试。结果表明,采用文中设计方案可实现LabVIEW上位机与S7-1500 PLC的PROFINET实时通信,数据量为200 B时,平均每次通信耗时在4 ms内,其准确性与实时性均满足现场工业要求,成功将高性价比的PROFINET通信应用于玻璃检测定位系统中。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the real-time communication of glass detection and positioning system in industrial production, a glass detection and positioning system based on the PROFINET communication was designed. The PROFINET slave station in the upper computer was built by cifX-50E-RE board to realize the communication between the upper computer and the PROFINET master station of S7-1500 PLC. Then the dynamic link library was used to realize the communication between software LabVIEW and the slave station. The communication scheme of PROFINET was tested on the industrial site. The results show that the designed scheme in the article can realize the PROFINET real-time communication between LabVIEW host computer and S7-1500 PLC. When the data volume is 200 B, the average communication time is less than 4 ms, and its accuracy and real-time performance meet the the requirements of field industry. The cost-effective PROFINET communication is successfully applied to the glass detection and positioning system.
