基于带记忆模拟退火算法的门诊预约问题求解

Outpatient Appointment Problem Solving Based on Simulated Annealing Algorithm with Memory

  • 摘要: 针对医疗机构门诊预约决策问题,考虑患者对时间段以及医生的偏好情况,利用前景理论量化不同患者对医生以及时间段的主观价值,得到患者在不同时间段内接受各医生服务的价值函数,进而以患者的总价值最大为目标,构建门诊预约决策模型,利用带记忆模拟退火算法进行求解。通过调整患者数量,得到模型解的情况,同时与“先到先服务”传统方法得到的解进行对比,验证算法的效率以及稳定性。结果证明:本文建立的模型及求解方法可较快得到满意解,可为医疗机构预约决策提供方法支持,提高就诊患者满意度。

     

    Abstract: For the outpatient appointment decision problem in the medical institution, considering the patients’ preferences for appointment time and doctors, the prospect theory was used to quantify the subjective value of the patient to the time periods and the doctors, then the patients’value with the services received by different doctors in different time periods can be obtained. Furthermore, with the goal of maximizing the patients’value, the outpatient appointment model was built, and the simulated annealing algorithm with memory was used to solve the problem. By adjusting the number of patients, the model solution was obtained and compared with the solution obtained by the traditional method of“first come first served”to verify the efficiency and stability of the algorithm. The results show that the proposed model and solution method can get a satisfactory solution quickly, which can provide method support for the appointment decision of medical institutions and improve the satisfaction of patients.
