基于机器视觉的酒盒天地盖定位贴合系统设计

Design of Alignment and Attaching System for Packaging Carton of Wine Based on Machine Vision

  • 摘要: 为解决传统白酒包装作业成本高、效率和良品率低的问题,设计一种基于机器视觉的酒盒天地盖定位贴合系统。基于模块化设计思想,将系统划分为裱纸输送模块、纸盒自动上盒模块和视觉系统模块;将可编程逻辑控制器作为主控系统,机器人、输送线、气缸等作为执行机构,设计裱纸输送模块和自动上盒模块;采用Sobel算子、模板匹配等算法设计视觉系统模块。基于此系统开展酒盒天地盖定位贴合实验,结果表明:该酒盒天地盖定位贴合系统能够快速完成自动化装配作业,一等品率相比人工提高56.4%、平均耗时减少37.5%,处理结果更稳定可靠,可有效提高白酒包装作业良品率与效率。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of high cost, low efficiency and low rate of good quality in traditional wine packaging, an alignment and attaching system for packaging carton of wine based on machine vision was designed. Based on the idea of modular design, the system was divided into paper mounting conveying module, carton automatic loading module and vision system module. Taking programmable logic controller as the main control system, robot, conveying line, cylinder as the actuator, the paper mounting conveying module and carton automatic loading module were designed, and Sobel operators, template matching and other algorithms were used to design the vision system module. Based on this system, the positioning and fitting experiment of packaging carton of wine was carried out. The results show that the alignment and attaching system for packaging carton of wine can quickly complete the automatic assembly operation, compared with manual operating, the rate of first-class products is increased by 56.4%, the average time consumption is reduced by 37.5%. The processing result is more stable and reliable, and it can effectively improve the good product rate and efficiency of liquor packaging operation.
