Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of high cost, low efficiency and low rate of good quality in traditional wine packaging, an alignment and attaching system for packaging carton of wine based on machine vision was designed. Based on the idea of modular design, the system was divided into paper mounting conveying module, carton automatic loading module and vision system module. Taking programmable logic controller as the main control system, robot, conveying line, cylinder as the actuator, the paper mounting conveying module and carton automatic loading module were designed, and Sobel operators, template matching and other algorithms were used to design the vision system module. Based on this system, the positioning and fitting experiment of packaging carton of wine was carried out. The results show that the alignment and attaching system for packaging carton of wine can quickly complete the automatic assembly operation, compared with manual operating, the rate of first-class products is increased by 56.4%, the average time consumption is reduced by 37.5%. The processing result is more stable and reliable, and it can effectively improve the good product rate and efficiency of liquor packaging operation.
