道路照明灯杆优化分析

Optimization Analysis of Road Lighting Lamppost

  • 摘要: 当前道路照明灯杆设计主要依靠传统计算方法,灯杆高度、壁厚、挑臂长度统一,导致设计余量较大,钢材浪费严重,或安全储备不足,灯杆断裂。基于结构力学理论,设置道路照明灯杆设计变量及优化目标函数,建立优化设计数学模型。以马鞍山市主干道路照明使用的10m钢质灯杆为对象,采用非线性规划求解法,对灯杆高度、壁厚、挑臂长度等设计变量进行优化计算。计算与分析结果表明:当前工况下,灯杆安全系数为2.43,有足够的安全储备,存在优化空间;随着路灯挑臂长度的增加,路灯壁厚的减小,路灯灯杆安全系数逐渐减小。综合考虑道路照明灯杆经济性与安全性,建议道路照明灯杆安全系数为2.0,挑臂臂长4.0m,最优壁厚为3.66mm。

     

    Abstract: The lamppost design of the traditional computing method gives the unified pole height, wall thickness and arm length, which leads to problems as follows: steel waste is serious for the bigger design margin; lamppost cracks without enough safety reserves. Based on theory of structural mechanics, the lamppost design variables and optimized objective function were set up, the optimal mathematical model was established. By taking a typical 10 m lamppost in Ma'anshan city main road as the research object, the nonlinear programming method was used to optimize calculation of design variables, such as wall thickness, diameter and the arm length. The calculation results show that the safety factor is about 2.43, the design of lamppost has enough safety reserve and greater optimization space; the safety factor deceases gradually with the increase of the arm length and the decrease of the wall thickness. It is more economic and reasonable for lamppost that the safety factor is 2.0, the wall thickness is 3.66 mm, and the arm length is 4.0 m in Ma'anshan city main road.
