不同锌浴成分下钢中Mn对热浸镀锌层的影响

Effect of Mn in Steel on Hot-dip Galvanized Coating under Different Zinc Bath Composition

  • 摘要: 将不同锰含量的冷轧钢板分别在锌浴成分为Zn-Al和Zn-Al-Ni的锌锅中进行热浸镀锌,研究Mn含量对热浸镀锌层组织及厚度的影响,寻找锰含量过高时热浸镀锌层过厚的解决办法。结果表明:锌浴成分为Zn-Al镀液、钢中Mn质量分数大于0.780 0%时,镀锌层厚度增加较快;锌浴成分为Zn-Al-Ni镀液、钢中Mn质量分数大于1.700 0%时,镀锌层厚度才增加较快;锌浴成分为Zn-Al-Ni时,Ni元素通过细化ζ相晶粒的方式减少其对镀锌层厚度的贡献,有效控制ζ相的长大,可得到厚度合适的镀锌层。

     

    Abstract: The cold-rolled steel plates with different Mn contents were hot-dip galvanized in zinc pot with Zn-Al and Zn-Al-Ni bath respectively. The effect of Mn content on the microstructure and thickness of hot-dip galvanized layer was studied, and the solution to over thickness of hot-dip galvanized layer when manganese content was too high was found. The results show that when the composition of zinc bath is Zn-Al plating solution and the mass fraction of Mn in the hot-dip galvanized steel is more than 0.780 0%, the thickness of hot-dip galvanized layer increases rapidly; When the composition of zinc bath is Zn-Al-Ni plating and the mass fraction of Mn in the hot-dip galvanized steel is more than 1.700 0%, the thickness of hot-dip galvanized layer increases quickly; When the composition of zinc bath is Zn-Al-Ni, Ni can reduce its contribution to the thickness of hot-dip galvanized coating by refining the grain size of ζ phase, effectively control the growth of ζ phase, so that the hot-dip galvanized layer with a suitable thickness is obtained.
