Abstract
The experiment was performed in the visual tube furnace of our own design by controlling the variable method, and the effects of different coated proportions of stearic acid and nano-aluminum powder on antioxidant properties and combustion characteristics of nano-aluminum powder were studied, the different morphologies and components of nano-aluminum powder, coated nano-aluminum powder and combustion product were also analyzed with scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis technology. The results show that aluminum particles disperse more evenly, and the content of active aluminum of coated nano-aluminum powder is kept, the mass fraction of aluminum increases by 9.62%. The coated nano-aluminum powder burn more sufficiently than that of nano-aluminum powder, especially, the best mass proportion of stearic acid and aluminum is 1:3, the content of alumina in the combustion products is highest of all, this sample get most fully burning.
