Decoupling Control for Gas Collector Pressure System of Coke Ovens Based on LS-SVM Inversion

Abstract
According to the characteristics, such as strong external disturbances, non-linear and coupling relations,a mathematical model of the gas collector pressure system of coke ovens was established, the least squares support vector machines(LS-SVM) α-th order inverse system method was employed to identify the inverse system of the gas collector pressure of coke oven, and the two-input two-output system was decoupled into two independent pseudo-linear subsystems of single-input single-output. Meanwhile, a closed-loop control system was designed with PID controller to control the gas collector pressure of coke oven. The simulation results show that the control strategy can implement the dynamic decoupling control with robust performance and high tracking accuracy, the gas collector pressure is ensured in technical range.
