  • Yttrium hydroxide is a kind of important rare earth compounds. It is extensively applied in fields of optical, biomarker, catalyst and so on. At first, the preparation of the Micro/Nano-Y(OH)3 is reviewed, including hydrothermal, solvothermal method, and microwave method etc. Then the reasonable explanation of the experimental method and the formation mechanism are summarized. Finally, the development trend of Y(OH)3 nanomaterial preparation is prospected.
