Influencing Factors of Adhesion Performance of Enamel Products

  • Researchers pay more and more attention to the corrosion resistance of rolled steel plate. Enamelling on steel sheet surface is one of the important measures for corrosion protection, and the intimate adherence between enamel and steel sheet is essential for enamel products. The research status of enamel products adhesion performance at home and abroad were analyzed, and the processing technology of enamel products and adhesion mechanisms between enamel and steel sheet were reviewed, and the influencing factors of adhesion performance between enamel and steel sheet were mainly introduced. Some key issues to improve adhesion include chemical composition of steel for enamelling, enamel quality and enamel process were pointed out, which provides theoretical guidance for further improvement of the qualities of enamel products.
