Influence of Human Errors on the Safety of High Formwork Support

  • The factors of main human errors leading to the accidents of high formwork support in recent years were analyzed, the hierarchical system of human errors influence by using analytic hierarchy process were constructed, the safety influence of human errors on high formwork support were analyzed, the finite element model of high formwork support considering the influence of human errors were established with ANSYS software, and the numerical simulation on the influence of different human errors on the safety of high formwork support were carried out. The results show that:the influence of the length of the super-horizontal bar at the top of the pole, the spacing and the step distance are greater,the wall thickness is in the middle, and the influence of the sweeping pole is the smallest. Compared the result of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) analysis and that of numerical simulation, results show that the two conclusions are basically consistent.
