Electrochemical Behavior of Dopamine at Nano-tin Oxide Modified Electrode

  • SnO2 nanomaterials were synthesized with hydrothermal method by using SnCl45H2O and NH3H2O as raw materials, and nanomaterial modified electrodes were prepared. The experimental results show that the SnO2 nanomaterial modified electrode has good electrocatalytic performance for dopamine electrochemical oxidation process. The effect of pH values, modification amount, sweep rate and other factors on the electrochemical behavior of dopamine were studied,the optimal experimental conditions were obtained and the detection of dopamine was achieved by differential pulse voltammetry. The results showed that the oxidation peak current and the dopamine concentration varied linearly in the concentration range of 1.0×10-5-9.0×10-5 mol/L, and the correlation coefficient can reach 0.991 4.
