Medium-depth Hole Blasting Synergetic Caving Mining Process of Complicated Residual Ore Resources

  • In view of the complicated mining technical conditions of the -200~-189 m horizontal footwall orebody in Gaofeng mine, a subsequent filling mining scheme that upward and downward fan-shaped mediumdepth hole for synergetic utilize caving space for ore caving was designed based on the concept of synergetic mining. The industrial test shows that, compared with the mining method of shallow-hole shrinkage ore followed by subsequent filling, the production capacity of the stope of subsequent filling mining method that upward and downward fan-shaped medium-depth hole for synergetic utilize caving space for ore caving is increased from 195 t/d to 420 t/d, and the dilution rate is reduced from 10% to 5%, the safe and efficient mining of Gaofeng mine is realized, which can provide a reference for the similar residual ore resources recovery in other mines.
