Research on Horizontalness of Prefabricated Upper Cramber of Crane Main Girder

Abstract
Based on the principle of prefabrication method of main girder camber, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the camber of upper cover plate, and the finite element model of girder with camber of 23 mm was established. The additional stress by bending the upper cover plate from the flat plate to the arc plate before the upper cover plate and the girder web were joined, and then the deformation of precast upper camber main girder for deformation under load were calculated, the influence of the precast upper camber on the main girder levelness was analyzed, and the horizontalness of precast camber girder was compared with that of non precast camber girder under load deformation. The results show that adding the extra stress generated by the bending and fitting of the upper cover plate, the deformation value of the prefabricated upper camber girder basically remains at the same level in the area where the load-deformation of the non prefabricated upper camber main girder is large. The prefabricated upper camber can better improve the large deformation of the main girder under load, compensate the deformation of the main girder after being stressed, and ensure a relative balance of the main girder after the force deformation, at the same time, prolong the working life of the main beam.
